Refund & Return Policy

At Nayaab Jaipur, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged

• The product received is defective

• The product received is incorrect

Returns for reasons such as size issues, color preference, or change of mind are not accepted.

2. Return Request Timeline

• Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

• Requests received after 48 hours will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

• The item should be returned in its original condition

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return Process

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images or video of the product

• Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Pickup & Shipping of Returns

• If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).

• If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be required to ship the product to our address.

• Return shipping charges will be borne by Nayaab Jaipur only in case of damaged or incorrect products.

6. Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

• If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Products purchased during sale or discount offers

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Products without original tags or packaging

9. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
