• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

• During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

• We currently ship across India.

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier partner.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

• Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• While we strive to deliver orders on time, Nayaab Jaipur is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Re-shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address details.

8. Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the package and product.

• Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

9. Order Acceptance

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
